Overview
We require an enthusiastic, forward thinking and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly team of LSAs. The ability to support Literacy would be an advantage. We are looking for LSAs with flexibility, a keen interest or qualification in learning support and the desire to contribute to our school’s community. As a Teaching School we can offer the successful candidate excellent support and professional development.
The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos. As the preferred state school in our area, we attract learners beyond our catchment, including Hampshire, Reading and Wokingham. The school has 1200 students on roll including 200 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
As leaders in mathematics instruction we head the Mobius Maths Hub, a national centre of excellence, thus extending our influence across Berkshire and Wiltshire. We maintain strategic partnerships with Teaching School Hub Berkshire, underscoring our dedication to exceptional education. Salary & Hours
- 26 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 training days
- Salary band B3 £24,796 Full time equivalent (pro rata £14,703.13)
- Required October 2026
- Maternity cover appointment
