At The Willink School and Sixth Form, we take great pride in our exceptional facilities — and we are delighted to share them with our local community. From our main hall and classrooms to specialist spaces such as the drama studio, conference room, Sixth Form Common Room, library, and three sports fields, our versatile spaces are available to hire when not in use by the school.
Many local clubs, organisations, and community groups already make the most of our facilities for a wide range of activities, including football training, children's drama clubs, fitness classes, meetings, and more.
We offer bookings during evenings ((term time after 5:30 pm on weekdays), weekends, and school holidays (excluding Bank and Public Holidays), making our facilities accessible for those seeking high-quality venues for education, sport, performing arts, and community events. Whether you're hosting a club session, performance, meeting, or special event, our spaces provide a flexible and affordable venue in the heart of Burghfield Common.

** Please note that the sports fields do not have floodlights and toilet facilities are not available on-site. The nearest amenities can be accessed at The Willink Leisure Centre.
*** Full day minimum of 6 hours booking (half day minimum 3 hours).

Important, please note:
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the site.
- No dogs are allowed on site (including on the fields), unless assistance dogs.
- No politically associated groups allowed.
- Two defibrillators are located on the school campus, plus one at the three fields site.
