Overview
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and detail focused individual who is suitably qualified to manage the school’s examination processes and procedures.
This key operational role provides oversight and coordination of all aspects of exam administration to ensure that every exam runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with national standards.
You will take responsibility for the full exams cycle, from preparation and planning through to delivery and results reporting. Day to day, you’ll ensure the seamless running of exam sessions: preparing rooms, supporting invigilators, managing special arrangements, and ensuring all scripts are handled securely and dispatched accurately.
The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with heritage as a Language College and a strong international ethos. As the preferred state school in our area, we attract learners beyond our catchment, including Hampshire, Reading and Wokingham. The school has over 1200 students on roll including 200 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
Salary & Hours
- Required 13 April 2026
- 37 hours per week
- (Term time only + 5 days in August to support Exam results + up to 5 inset days)
- Band G15 – G25 £30,024 - £36,383 FTE (pro rata £25,450.41 - £30,823.78)
