Overview

We are looking to appoint a motivated and well-organised individual to support the Head of Learning in leading a year team of tutors in promoting high standards of student personal, social and academic development.

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos, listed in the top ten non-selective schools in Berkshire in 2019. The school has 1250 students on roll including 220 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.

Salary & Hours

  • 35 hours per week
  • Starting September 2025
  • Band D5 - D9 £24,790 - £26,409 Full time equivalent (pro rata £19,877.84 - £21,176.03)
  • Term time only but you may be required to work training days by prior approval
