Teaching & Learning Assistant (MFL)

Overview

We require an enthusiastic, forward thinking and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly team of LSAs. The ability to support Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department is preferred. We are looking for LSAs with flexibility, a keen interest or qualification in learning support and the desire to contribute to our school’s community. As a Teaching School we can offer the successful candidate excellent support and professional development.

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos, listed in the top ten non-selective schools in Berkshire in 2019. The school has 1250 students on roll including 220 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.

Salary & Hours

  • Full-time – 26 hours per week (part-time maybe considered), term time only, plus 5 training days
  • Band C3-C5 £24,027 - £24,790 Full time equivalent (pro rata £14,247.14 - £14,699.58)
  • Required September 2025
