The Willink is a successful (P8 +0.4) and oversubscribed school. It has 1130 students on roll including 180 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting South West of Reading. The school received an exceptionally strong Ofsted report in June 2018. The school is a National Teaching School and a National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM).

MPR/UPR Part-time, for September 2020 (one-year contract)

We require a committed colleague with a real passion for the provision of quality and imaginative teaching to join an experienced, supportive and high achieving Mathematics Department (90% of students achieved a grade 4 or above in their Mathematics GCSEs in 2018 and 2019). We are looking to appoint a Teacher of Mathematics with the opportunity to teach A level.

Actual salary: 35 hours per week term time only + 5 days in August

We are seeking to appoint a well-organised, effective and supportive individual to join our Student Support team, specifically to administer student attendance and engage with parents to ensure high levels of attendance, well-being and progress, particularly with regard to disadvantaged students.
