Festive Tidings from everyone at The Willink School!

A bit of recreational maths for you to keep going over the long break:

Fill in the star ornaments using only the numbers 1-9. Place them along the tree, so that each side of the tree adds to the same total. There are two possible solutions.

Hand your answer to your maths teacher or email your answer by Friday 5th January to Miss Teague ( A voucher redeemable at any shop in the Oracle will be awarded for the first correct answer drawn from the hat (many thanks for the kind sponsorship from Willink PTA).

Last month’s puzzle was won by Frazer Headon 10M : many congratulations.

If Albert would be the thief, Albert and Bill would both be lying, while only Charles speaks the truth. This means that Albert must be guilty.
